We are a consulting company and currently working on a recruitment project for our client, which is a European Company dedicated to the design, sales and installation of CLEANROOM and laboratory equipment for pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.For their CLEANROOM business, we are looking for:
POSITION: Commercial Manager for China
- Report to: Commercial Director
FUNCTIONS:
Main functions will be to carry out commercial and representative tasks of the company within China.
He / She will be responsible for the commercial management of the company products, with the support of the technicians in the company and according to the guideline of the Manager in China and HQ in Europe.
Main task will include:
- Assist trade shows, events and maintain institutional relationships.
- Carry out market prospect investigations and elaborate regularly report on the market progress.
- Be responsible in the preparation, presentation and follow up of offers.
- Collaborate in the preparation of the annual sales budgets.
- Manage and increase the commercial net covering North, Centre and South China
- Maintain the relationship with suppliers, representatives and collaborators.
- Collaborate with different departments (Commercial, Estimation, Quality, Marketing Department, etc.)
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Engineer qualification will be good valued.
- MBA or other similar degree (Master in Marketing, Commerce, etc.) will be a plus.
- Good level of English for work.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience working in relation with pharmaceutical industry is a must.
- Experience in commercial management is indispensable.
- 3 years’ experience or above working with the similar function.
REQUIREMENT:
- Technical knowledge on CLEAN ROOM TECHNOLOGY, CR/HVAC or Water systems products for laboratories will be a plus.
- Previous experience working in Western Culture context will be valued.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Responsible, proactive, goal-oriented.

Shanghai
RETRIBUTION:
- Annual retribution will be negotiated with a variable sales commission.
